YEP is right... already went and didn't find any AG, but I did buy a doll armoire that just needs to be painted for $6.99....aahhh well maybe another day.

LUCKY!!!!!!!! Congrats!!!!! I've ALWAYS looked at thrift stores & garage sales for ANYTHING AG!!!! If I had it or not! & actually, a couple times I did find AG things!
1 garage sale, this teen {Maybe like 18 or so} was selling ALL her AG things! {FOR CHEEP!} I couldn't get them all as much as I wished, because I only had $13.00 but I did get LOTS of AG posters, & some pins & a couple books!!
The other garage sale, I found an AG pins colletion! RETIRED!!! & w/ TONS & TONS of pins! For......
$3.00 FLAT!!!!! I was EXTATIC!!! I kept talking about that stuff for WEEKS!!!!!!!
I'll ask my Mom if we can go thrift shopping soon!! {My whole fam LOVES to thrift shop & garage sale!!!! It's SOOOO MUCH FUN!!}
OH! & another time, we went to a Toy's R Us that was going out of business, & they had 15 "Welcome to Samantha's World~1904" books! My Dad let me get ALL of them, & I kept one for myself & sold the rest!! I did good doing that!!

I've found some awesome AG things, but still no 18" doll...
The best things I've found include:
Josefina's Piano $45 (I know, I know, better than a doll, but I still want to find a doll!!)
Samantha's Scenes and Settings $6
AGoT chalkboard/corkboard around $2
African American PM Bitty with sleeper $2
Bitty wagon with broken handle @ $3 or $4
I almost ALWAYS find some kind of AG book...

OK, let me weigh in here. I went to a upscale kid's consignment store today and found the Bitty Baby crib, complete with bedding for $18. Also the Bitty Twins toboggan for $15. I was happy! Both are in excellent, like new condition. [img]smile.gif[/img]
